Entry Information
  • Mail In Entries Open Nov 22, 2021 - Postmark Deadline December 30, 2021
  • Online Entries Open Nov 22, 2021 - Close Jan 9, 2022
  • Open Entries will close when first horse runs in Open daily.
  • Young Gun Entries close when first horse runs in the Young Guns daily.
  • Young Guns times will rollover (daily) to Open 4D, if they choose to enter the Open.
  • Young Guns contestants can also enter the Youth Side-pot & High Stakes Side-pot (Sat) if entering the Open. Their time will roll from the Young Guns to the Youth Side-pot daily, if entered. ​
  • No Entries taken by phone, email, Facebook messages or text you must enter on site once pre entries have closed. 
  • Training Barrels / Exhibitions: Thursday 5 pm - 9 pm and Friday 9 am - 2:30 pm

Pre Entry Information
  • You may request groups of 50 for the draw
  • Requests will be filled in the order they are received
  • If you need to run your horse at the end, please include a late draw note with your entry​
  • If you want to be stalled or parked together in RV spots, please send your entries in together. If they are not together, we will not guarantee that we can fill your requests. 
Draws: 
  • Pre Entry Draws will be posted on or before Wednesday Jan 12, 2022.
Stall & RV Information

Stalls & RVs will be counted each morning at 6 am. Stalls & RVs will not be unlocked until 7 am each morning. If you arrive before 6 am on the day you have the stall or rv reserved you will be charged for a full nights rental. 

Stalls: $30 per night - some stalls will have asphalt flooring. Please plan accordingly. The stalls with dirt floors are requested first and will go fast. 

Shavings: $9 per bag, which you can purchase online or by mail in entry. Shavings will be in your stalls if you pre-purchase. ​ Required to buy two bags of shavings per facility rule. 
  • No tie outs or portable panels allowed​

RV Hookups: 
  • Electric & Water Hookups - $30 per night
  • Full Service Hookups (electric, water, sewer) by Barn F - $55 per night - Limited Availability
*** Please note: The Full Service Hookups can only be purchased via phone starting Nov 22, 2021.  Call 901-282-9661

Please note:
  • If you want to be stalled or parked together in RV spots, please send your entries in together. If they are not sent in together, we will not guarantee that we can fill your requests. 
  • You can purchase your stall(s) / RV Hookups online, by mail entry, or at show ONLY. No reservations! 
Dress Code:
  • Western Long Sleeve Shirt with collar & cuff, Cowboy Hat or Helmet (no ballcaps) & Boots.  Dress Code will be waived if you wear a Battle in the  Saddle T Shirt.
  • Battle in the Saddle Shirts will be available to purchase at the show. Limited number available, first come first serve

Don't Forget
  • Current Negative Coggins are required to enter grounds on each horse, each day.
  • NO COGGINS, NO ENTRY! NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • TN law requires out of state horses to have health certificates on each horse as well
