Here are some helpful tips on entering our shows, or possibly any other producers, that may help you understand things for the future.
1. Early Sunday draws are the hottest, most requested draws. Those fill up SUPER fast. Once they are filled, they are filled. If you enter towards the end of online entries, you most likely will be later. No way around it.
2. When entering, if you do not put an entry request i.e: "would like to be in first 50", "can I be in 101-150", etc; we fill the requested entries first. If you do not put a request in the Note to Producer box, to us that says we are happy to run where we draw. Please always look to see if any producer allows you to make requests, and if you do not know where to put those requests message them to find out.
3. When wanting a certain rv spot that you know is a super popular one, get entered early. Put your request in for that spot. Is it a guarantee you will get it? Maybe not but waiting until close to online entry close will almost make it impossible to get spots you want.
4. If you are wanting to be stalled, or have a RV spot, by your friends / family try to send your entries & requests in at the same time. If you send them in a month apart, that spot you wanted to be in beside them may already be spoken for, and there may not be a way to move everything around to fill your request. It may be best for one person to send in all the stalls & rvs together to assure they are put together.
5. If you message us on Facebook during the event, chances are we will not see those messages until it is too late. All event staff are very busy and do not have the ability to check Facebook. If you have questions or concerns, please come to the show office and speak with one of the ladies at the Sign Ups.
We work hard to get all rider requests where they want, or as close to where they want to make everyone happy. Even if you do not fall in the draw where you want to, we still hope you enjoy attending and being able to do the things many people dream of doing.
We wish you all the best luck. Have clean runs & make some great memories!
